Shipping Policy
• CheapCellMall ships products exclusively with UPS. All products listed "In Stock" will be shipped within 24 hours after the order was placed. Most orders placed before 1PM PST will be shipped the same business day;
• Orders paid by check, placed over the phone, cash or money order are not subject to the listed quantity of products at the time when the order is placed but are subject to the listed quantity at the time payment is received;
• Any order cancelled immediately after the order was placed will be charged a 20% restocking fee;
• All Canada/International orders should be placed via phone;
• Shipping Time is calculated in business days and does not include Saturdays, Sundays and UPS shipping holidays;
• CheapCellMall reserves the right to refuse any order.
Damaged, Lost, Delayed Shipments
CheapCellMall is not responsible for products that may be damaged, or lost by UPS. All products shipped are fully insured by UPS. We recommend that all products should be carefully inspected upon receipt and any damage should be brought to the carrier's attention. If needed, customer should alert the carrier and CheapCellMall that a claim needs to be filed. Once a claim is processed by the carrier, our shipping department will ship out a replacement or refund the purchase price. Customer has 3 business days to report any missing or damaged parts of the phone(s) from date of receiving any merchandise. CheapCellMall has no control over the timeliness of the shipments and cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the carrier. If needed, CheapCellMall will help with the filing of an appropriate claim with the carrier in the event of loss, damage or shipping delay.
Non Defective Returns
Some non defective products can be returned for a full credit of the merchandise minus a 20% restocking fee within 30 days of purchase. All shipping and handling costs for (non defective) returns are nonrefundable and it is the user's responsibility to pay for return shipping. All new items such as but not limited to Bluetooth headsets, data cables and chargers cannot be returned once package opened. The following guidelines must be met for consideration of return:
• Must contact our offices within 30 Days after the purchase;
• Must contain a valid Return Authorization Number. To get a Return Authorization Number please contact our offices at 212-964-4151;
• All returns must be post marked within 5 business days from the issue date of the Return Authorization Number. Packages not post marked within 5 business days of issue date of the Return Authorization Number will be rejected by CheapCellMall Returns Department;
• Equipment must not be altered or tampered with in attempts to modify circuitry;
• All merchandise must be returned with all accessories included in the package. Missing accessories will result in a reduced credit amount for the actual replacement cost of those items.
Credits will be posted to the customer’s bank account within 14 business days of receipt of equipment. Packages should be mailed to the address below with the Return Authorization Number on the box:

Defective Equipment
Any products which prove to be defective within 30 days of delivery may be exchanged for a replacement of the same model. If a replacement is not available then a refund will be issued. All shipping and handling costs are nonrefundable and customer is responsible for return shipping fees. The following guidelines must be met for consideration of return:
• Contact our offices within 30 Days at 212-964-4151 to get Return Authorization Number. No returned products will be accepted without a valid Return Authorization Number on the box;
• All defective returns must be post marked within 5 business days from the issue date of the Return Authorization Number;
• All returned merchandise must be returned with all included accessories. Missing accessories will result in a reduced credit amount by the actual replacement cost of those items;
• Original box must not be defaced or altered in any way. Items initially returned as defective, whose defect cannot be verified, will incur a freight charge for replacement shipment;
• If products returned as defective proves to not be defective a representative will contact the customer to either send the unit back to the customer or restock the item. If the item is restocked a 20% restocking fee will be charged. Any return shipping charges paid by CheapCellMall for equipment that proves to not be defective will be deducted from the amount credited to the customer’s account for the return.
